Privacy policy

The contact form. When you request a call, we receive your name, work email, district or organization, and, if you choose to add them, your role and a message. The form sends these to our team inbox by email. We use them only to reply to you and to prepare for the conversation you asked for.

Your display choice. If you switch between dark and light mode, your browser remembers the choice on your own device. It is not sent to us.

Basic server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and protect the site.

This site does not use advertising, tracking cookies or analytics services, and it does not sell or share personal information.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our email: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivering contact form messages) and Google Workspace (our email). They process information only to provide those services to us.

We keep contact requests in our email for as long as we have a working relationship or a reasonable business need, and delete them on request.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email requests@levixlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.

This site is meant for school district staff and other professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from students through it.

Work for a district starts with documents the district already publishes. Before we receive any non-public data, we sign the district's data agreement, including the agreements Illinois law requires for student data.

District data is kept separate by district, used only for the work the district asked for, shown in aggregate unless a role requires otherwise, never sold or shared, and deleted when the agreement says it should be. Every output is reviewed by a person before it reaches the district.
